The CDSA has started a new series of 1 day events, playing three 9 hole courses in one day. This is for CDSA Members only, but since they will be non-sanctioned, everyone plays for CASH!

2010 is the inaugural year for the Northern Colorado 9 Hole Challenge Series, (NC9HC). This series of one day tournaments is FOR CDSA MEMBERS ONLY! We will be playing 3 different 9 hole courses on 5 different Saturdays and since they will be non-sanctioned tournaments, everyone will be playing for cash! All prizes will be 33% of membership fee's collected for each division. Players will be required to play on at least 3 dates and will be scored on a shots per 9 holes average. Upon missing one date, players will be scored on the average shots per 9 holes for every player on that date. Upon missing a second date, players will be scored on the average shots per 9 holes for every player on that date, plus a 2 shot penalty. Upon missing a third date, players will be disqualified.
The purpose of this new series is to increase memberships, expose players to quality, underused courses and also to attract new players to tournaments without having to register with the PDGA first. Since all prizes will come from 33% of all membership fee's, the more members we have, the bigger the prizes for everyone!
